Composite decking

As experienced Devon decking installers, we offer both premium timber and high-quality composite garden decking to suit your lifestyle. Traditional wooden decking provides a beautiful, natural aesthetic perfect for rustic landscapes. Alternatively, our modern composite decking installations offer a highly durable, low-maintenance solution that resists fading, staining, and splintering, making it an increasingly popular choice for Devon outdoor living spaces.

Our professional decking contractors build every deck specifically to withstand the South West’s challenging climate. For timber installations, we strictly use premium, pressure-treated wood. For the ultimate weather resistance, our composite deck boards are rot-proof, warp-resistant, and feature anti-slip technology. Every garden deck we build is supported by a heavy-duty, properly drained subframe, ensuring long-lasting structural integrity across Devon.

In most cases, standard garden decking installations fall under permitted development and do not require planning permission, provided the deck is no more than 30cm above the ground and covers less than 50% of your garden. However, if you are building a highly elevated raised deck or live within a Devon conservation area, local planning rules may apply. Our landscape gardeners will gladly advise you on regulations during your site consultation.
